Launched in 1997, ShippingRefunds.com is a subsidiary of Logic Systems Engineering of Ann Arbor, Michigan, an industry leader with more than 21 years of experience implementing shipping systems projects.

Pam Brown, Vice President and Director of Sales

Pam has more than 25 years experience within the shipping and transportation industry, specializing in technology solutions for customers. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Wayne State University. When not at work, Pam enjoys time with family and friends, boating on the many lakes of Michigan.

Mike Hazen, Director of Customer Services

With more than 12 years of experience in IT work, Mike oversees the development and implementation of new customer systems. He studied Computer Engineering at GMI, and is on track to receive a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Baker College later this year. Mike lives in Canton with his fiancé and enjoys poker, golf, football, and movies.

Lee Kemmish, Systems Engineering Director

Primarily responsible for managing system programming and installation, Lee also assists with supporting existing systems and providing customer support. He has more than 13 years of industry experience in programming, and attended Western Michigan University. Lee is the proud father of a two young children.
